When you might write to us
Typetera is a small product run by a small team, and the fastest way to reach us is email. We read everything that comes in, and we usually reply within one working day (Asia/Kolkata business hours). Below is a rough guide to what kinds of messages come through and how we handle each.
- Bug reports. Something looks broken, renders strangely, or behaves unexpectedly. Tell us what you were trying to do, what happened instead, your browser and operating system, and ideally include a screenshot. Reproducible bugs get fixed fast - usually within the same week. We confirm receipt within a day even if the fix takes longer.
- Feature requests. Something is missing that you would use. We prioritize requests based on how many users ask for the same thing and how well the request fits the product's focus on a clean, multilingual typing test. We do not generally build features that would require user accounts, social leaderboards, or ad-heavy gamification - those are deliberate non-goals.
- Language and corpus feedback. A sentence reads strangely in your language, the script doesn't render correctly on your device, or a word is misspelled in the corpus. This is the kind of feedback we value the most and act on the fastest. We are especially interested in feedback from native typists of Hindi, Tamil, Telugu, Spanish, French, and Portuguese.
- Translation help. If you would like to help translate Typetera into a new language, or improve the existing translations of the interface, write to us. We are looking for native-speaker volunteers and small paid contracts depending on scope.
- Privacy and data requests. Send these to privacy@typetera.com for the fastest response. We do not collect personal data, store typing history on any server, or share data with third parties beyond the analytics and advertising vendors disclosed in our privacy policy. Requests to delete data we do not hold can be honored quickly, but we still respond so you have a record.
- Press and partnerships. If you are a journalist, reviewer, listicle editor, exam-prep platform, or potential partner, email us with what you need. We respond to legitimate inquiries from publications and educational institutions; we do not pay for editorial coverage and we politely decline paid-placement requests.
Response times
Our standard reply target is 24 hours on weekdays. On weekends, public holidays in India, and during the rare team off-week, responses may be slower. Privacy and data requests are handled first regardless of when they arrive, in keeping with the timelines required by applicable law. If a request from you is genuinely urgent - for example, a site outage you have noticed before us - including the word "URGENT" in your subject line helps us triage faster.
Who you are writing to
Typetera is a product of Anuvrittiksha EdTech Pvt. Ltd., a private limited company incorporated in India and headquartered in Bengaluru, Karnataka. The same small team that builds the product reads every email that comes in. There is no support tier, no ticketing system, no chatbot triage - just a few people who care about making the test better and want to hear from the people using it.

We do not run active social media accounts at this time, deliberately. The fastest way to reach us is email. If you find a typing test corpus error or a UI issue and would rather file it publicly, our GitHub repository is at github.com/anuvrittiksha/typetera-app and we accept well-formed issues. We do not provide support over phone or chat - written feedback is much easier to track, reproduce, and act on.
