No. Phase 1 has no accounts at all. Your test history lives in your browser. Optional accounts may come in Phase 3 for cross-device sync, but they will always be optional.

WPM = (correctly typed characters / 5) divided by elapsed minutes. We follow the standard 5-character word definition used by every reputable typing test.

No. Once you have made a mistake, it counts. Backspacing fixes the visible text but the mistakes counter never decrements. This makes accuracy honest.

We started with the languages we could ship well: Latin-script ones with strong demand (English, Spanish, French, Portuguese) plus four major Indic scripts (Hindi, Tamil, Telugu). RTL and CJK languages need additional input handling — they are coming in Phase 3.

We launched all seven languages on day one, but only English ships with a fully reviewed corpus. The other six start with seed content from public-domain sources, awaiting review by native speakers. The functionality is identical; the polish is incoming.

Nowhere. Custom text never leaves your browser. We do not store it on our servers, we do not send it to AI providers, we do not include it in analytics. Even when AI features arrive in Phase 2, custom-text-based AI suggestions will be opt-in and locally derived where possible.

Anonymous, aggregated analytics: pageviews, language, broad geography. No tracking cookies, no behavioral profiles, no third parties beyond a privacy-respecting analytics provider.

Phase 2 will introduce dedicated exam prep modes with passage formats matching real SSC/RRB/concours/concursos tests. In Phase 1 you can already practice with realistic Sentences mode in Hindi or English, or paste exam material into Custom mode.

Yes, but typing on glass is fundamentally slower than on a real keyboard. We support mobile, but we recommend desktop or laptop for honest WPM measurement.
