Oito práticas baseadas em evidências.
- 01
Slow down on accuracy first
Speed comes from confident keystrokes, and confident keystrokes come from being right the first time. If your accuracy is below 95%, lower your pace until it isn't. Speed will return on its own.
- 02
Keep your hands on home row
Your index fingers belong on F and J. If you keep losing them between bursts, you're typing with your eyes, not your hands. Look up. Trust the home keys.
- 03
Practice the keys you avoid
Everyone has three or four keys they hesitate on. Find yours from the Results page's keys-to-practice card and drill those, not the ones you already love.
- 04
Stop staring at the keyboard
Watching the keys is the single biggest accuracy tax. Cover your hands with a thin cloth for a week if you have to. Your fingers already know where everything is — they just don't believe you yet.
- 05
Type real text, not nonsense
Sentences with normal punctuation, capitalization, and rhythm train better than random letter sequences. The Sentences mode is there for a reason.
- 06
Take real breaks
Five minutes after every twenty-five-minute session. Your wrists are not infinite. Typing fatigued teaches your hands the wrong shapes.
- 07
Type in the language you actually use
Your daily language is where you'll see the biggest wins. If you write Hindi for half your day, practice in Hindi. English-only practice plateaus fast.

Make peace with backspace
Every backspace is a small confession. Aim to keep them rare, but don't dread them. Better to fix a mistake than to fly past it. The mistakes counter doesn't reset on backspace, so you're not getting away with anything anyway.
